Wanted to send you a pic of this 10.5 lb bass caught on a zipper lizard, (watermelon w/ black flakes) on Lake Vernon in Anacoco, LA. It was a great catch and I released her back in the lake after the pics and weighing her.

Armed with 13 packets of the new Zipper soft plastics, I set myself a challenge to catch a fish on each one. The first are the Drop Shot Shakers followed by the 4" Zip Zits in a variety of colors. After each fish was caught I changed to a different plastic. This trip wasn't about size but an experiment if you like. All fish were released unharmed.

ShareLunker No. 320 Texas Lake Record. This gigantic bass was caught by Jerry Rogers of Wichita, Kansas on March 30, 2000 in Ray Roberts in 4' of water. The bass weighed 14.59 pounds, with a length of 27 inches and a girth of 22 inches. Jerry used a 5" Original Zipper worm, the bait that has won more money, in a shorter period of time, than anything else around. Accept no Substitutes!
